Cascina Grassi
On the map, the Cascina Grassi is part of the picturesque little village of Bubbio, in the heart of a geographic triangle between Torino and Milan – Genoa and Alba – Asti and Acqui Terme.
In actual truth, the cascina is located right amidst the hilly landscapes of the Montferrat in the heart of southern Piedmont, close to the Ligurian coast of the Mediterranean.
Located where the Montferrat meets the Langhe, our cascina provides not only an ideal base for trips into the surrounding villages, cities and castles, but pure relaxation and leisure on site, with nature and quiet to enjoy. We offer apartments with fully equipped kitchen and bath, each unit offering the possibility to enjoy quiet in seclusion or seek company, as the mood takes you.
Additionally there is a large terrace (100 sqm) with a magnificent
view, a winery, a conference room for seminars and events as wellas expansive garden areas for our guests to use at their leisure. Shopping opportunities for foods, including freshly baked bread, are available in the village of Bubbio at five minutes’ drive from here or at the hypermarket in Bennet, which takes 10 minutes by car. Alternatively, we can provide our guests with natural and biologically grown foodstuffs from our own production.
We currently rent out 5 apartments. Two units house two to four people, two studios for two people each and a separate house running two floors with private sun terrace, for minimum two people, sleeping a total of four. We have designed and furnished our apartments with special care in an original, Italian country style. All living units have a balcony or a terrace area for breakfast or other uses.
