Casa A Sud
The CASA A SUD is a little old cottage, built from natural stones, with 50 sqm living space over two floors. It is situated opposite the main building and on one side faces the little “piazza” while the other side of the house is very intimate and protected from view, looking over the expansive Piemontesian landscape.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet; bed linen and towels will be provided. The house with it’s beautiful semi-circular, large windows, which have been maintained in their original shape after restoration, it’s lovingly selected furnishings and the main rooms facing south make this a very special, private place.

- Parking is free of charge.
- It is possible to order fresh bread for breakfast.
- It is possible to buy various homemade jams, pickled vegetables, dried fruits/vegetables, pesto, sugo and wine from the farm. Further we have (according to 'production will' of our poultry) fresh chicken eggs and depending upon season various fruits and vegetables from our garden.
- There is the possibility to rent e-bikes for nice tours.
- Swimming pool built in 2016 with salt water treatment.
- For all lovers of smoothies and fresh juices: In the morning there is a juicer and an electric citrus juicer available at a central location in the Cascina, so that our guests can press or mix the fruits and vegetables they have bought or brought along for breakfast.
- If we have hobby chefs as guests who need additional equipment (blender, blender, slicer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) - we have (almost) everything available and can be hired.
- All apartments have a radio/CD device with smartphone connection (Bluetooth/USB cable).
- It is possible to wash laundry (5,00 € per wash cycle).

"Aber ganz ehrlich, wer will sonst wo sein wenn er in der Cascina Grassi sein kann? :-) Wir nicht. Denn wir fühlen uns bei euch zu Hause, geniessen den blütenbedeckten Balkon des Casa a Sud, die Grillen, das Vogelgezwitscher (inkl. Ku-kuck) und die saftig grünen Wiesen und Bäume. Wir tanken jedes Jahr unglaublich viel Kraft und Ruhe – gerade soviel, das wir in einem Jahr unsere Speicher wieder füllen können."
